Denver.Boutique is an online directory of boutique, gift and style businesses in the Denver, Colorado area. Visitors can search, browse and view business profiles compiled from publicly available sources.

Acceptable use

You may browse and search the directory for personal, non-commercial purposes and contact businesses through the details they have made public.

• Do not scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the site
• Do not use listing data for spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Do not copy, redistribute or resell the directory content
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site or gain unauthorized access to our systems

Business listings

Listings are compiled from publicly available sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of any listing, and business details may change without notice.

Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement. Ratings shown on profiles are aggregated from public review data and are not a guarantee of quality, and a higher-ranked listing is not a recommendation. We do not verify the licences, credentials or quality of any listed business.

Corrections and removals

Business owners and people mentioned in a listing may request updates, corrections or removal at any time — no legal basis required. Email [email protected] with the business name and profile URL; we usually process requests within seven business days.

Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Denver.Boutique is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or reliance on listing information.

Intellectual property

The site's design and original content belong to its operator; business names, logos and related marks are the property of their respective owners. The compilation of directory data may not be reproduced or republished without permission.

Operator and governing law

This website is operated by Intensic s.r.o., Obchodna 9076/3D, 010 08 Zilina, Slovakia (Company No. 44756801, VAT No. SK2022816543). These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions, and apply alongside any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page; continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

Paid placement terms

Denver Boutique PRIORITY PLACEMENTS Seller: Intensic s.r.o., Slovakia. Support: [email protected]. The subscription costs USD 199 per year, plus applicable tax. It renews annually at this price unless renewal is stopped before the next billing date. Placement applies to the selected business and category on denver.boutique and its matching validated city/category page. The listing must remain published, operational, in that category and at its validated location. Multiple businesses may have priority placement; no exclusive first position or visitor volume is guaranteed. Visitor filters can exclude a listing. General searches, city-only pages and other websites are outside this placement. Tax: applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated by Stripe using your billing address and any tax ID. The final amount is shown before payment; a tax ID does not by itself guarantee a zero rate. Ask [email protected] to stop renewal, quoting your business and purchase reference. Stopping renewal keeps the current paid period while the listing remains eligible. Cancellation does not itself issue a refund. Category or location changes, removal, ineligibility and service interruptions need operator review. Hiding a listing does not stop billing. Contact [email protected] with the business and issue for correction or refund review. Intensic s.r.o. reviews refunds individually; a request does not itself stop renewal or issue a refund. Approved refunds are issued in Stripe against the original payment; renewal and placement decisions are handled separately. These terms do not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.
